  • When Will My Order Be Shipped?

    We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. You must allow the standard shipping time from the date of dispatch - within the UK please allow up to 15 working days and outside the UK it's up to 35 working days. If you haven’t received your parcel after this time, please get in touch via the Contact Us page.

    As a company all of our I LOVE® products are fully compliant with cosmetic regulations and each product has undergone complete CPSR testing by qualified companies and assessors.

     

    I LOVE® Cosmetics hold all the relevant certifications, documentation, and correct packaging notifications as required under the Cosmetic Regulations.

     

    We are committed to ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in every product we offer, so our customer can enjoy them with complete confidence.

     

    Our I LOVE® products are youthful, vibrant, and energetic but our products are not explicitly aimed at children and parents do have a responsibility where age restrictions are advised on pack. Additionally, directions of use and safety cautions should be adhered to as per the primary packaging to avoid any issues.

  • How Can I Track My Order?

    All UK & International orders are given a tracking number which is via DPD. To track your order, you are advised to use the tracker reference number on the DPD website as provided in you order confirmation email.
