We are a global company that develops and manufactures brands for the body care, skincare and haircare industry. We use DPD and Royal Mail to dispatch your parcels.

ACCURATE ADDRESS INFORMATION
To ensure there are no delays to your delivery please ensure that the address information you enter is accurate.
Please make sure to include your:
• House, flat, apartment, suite, unit or room number
• City, town, village or province
• Postal or ZIP code
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Our dedicated delivery provider is DPD who will provide a tracked delivery internationally; your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available at www.dpd.co.uk
If you have any delivery concerns, please contact DPD first if this is unsuccessful then we will be happy to help, contact email@example.com for assistance, please note we have no more information than those provided by DPD.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
There will be a minimum of one delivery attempt made. In the event of no one being available to receive the parcel one of three things will happen to the package:
• Card is left and the parcel is left with a neighbours
• Card is left and the parcel is left with local collection point or Post Office
• Card is left requesting consignee to contact the delivery partner to arrange re-delivery

I LOVE COSMETICS ONLINE RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE DAMAGED/ FAULTY/ INCORRECT ITEMS
If the goods you've received are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund if you contact us within 7 working days.
Please notify us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on +44 (0) 1772 802077.
To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at ilovecosmetics.co.uk; we are unable to process exchanges or returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.

Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Courier charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer.
Goods must be returned to us at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery to you or notifying us of cancellation. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.
However you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
PROCESSING THE REFUND
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.
If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your Returns note, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
