Pucker up with our sensational assortment of lip products, formulated for a perfect pout. The I Love Being Lippy pack is designed to exfoliate, hydrate, plump and gloss your grin in a range of stunningly sweet fragrances. 

Lip Scrub: Apply directly to lips as needed. Massage a pea-sized amount onto clean lips in a circular motion. After 30 seconds, use warm water to rinse lips and pat dry. Lip balm or lip butter may be required afterwards to re-hydrate lips.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY PERIODS

During the Christmas period we will aim to have all deliveries out as soon as possible. Please ensure to receive your items prior to the big day, you place your order before the 20th December as this is our last processing day.

Our Christmas period will be from 20/12/2024 to 02/01/2025 - therefore orders will not be processed during this period. Our workers will be back to sending your goodies on 02/01/2024 and resume normal operation. We apologise in advance for any potential inconvenience and the I LOVE team wishes you and your family a happy holidays! 

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

Apologies to our worldwide I Love family, we regret to inform you we do not currently ship outside of the UK. If these plans change in the future, we will keep you updated on our socials. You can find links to our socials at the bottom of our web pages.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

Delivery times can vary with occasional strikes and public holidays. Standard Delivery will have your goodies processed within 3 business days and delivery after this within 3-5 business days. 

There will be a minimum of one delivery attempt made. In the event of no one being available to receive the parcel one of three things will happen to the package:

•  Card is left and the parcel is left with a neighbours

•  Card is left and the parcel is left with local collection point or Post Office

•  Card is left requesting consignee to contact the delivery partner to arrange re-delivery

If the goods you've received are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund if you contact us within 7 working days.

To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at ilovecosmetics.co.uk; we are unable to process exchanges or returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.

This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
