I LOVE products carry a no nasties message which includes no parabens, silicones or animal ingredients and they are vegan friendly. All products are formulated & made in the UK. Remove stopper from the glass bottle, add the cap and arrange the reeds in the oil allowing them to absorb. Fragrance will continuously evaporate into the air via the porous reeds, scenting your favourite places with fragrance. Periodically turn the reeds to refresh the scent until all the oil is gone.

Avoid release to the environment. Dispose of contents/ container to approved disposal site, in accordance with local regulations.

Returns

  • Please either email us at website@ilove.eu.com or call us on +44 (0) 1772 802 077. Please have your order number ready so we can quickly find your order on the system. 

  • Once we have located your order & reviewed the issues with your product we will email you an address label. 

  • Please pop this on your parcel & drop off at your local DPD drop off point

  • You have 14 days to send your return order back to us

  • We recommend that you hang on to the receipt until your returned funds have cleared

  • I love are not responsible for any returns parcels lost in transit 

  • All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
