Next Day Delivery
- Estimated delivery the next day. Must order by 3pm the day before.
- Must order by 3pm on the Friday before for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
- Please either email us at email@example.com or call us on 01925 594451. Please have your order number ready so we can quickly find your order on the system.
- Once we have located your order & reviewed the issues with your product we will email you an address label.
- Please pop this on your parcel & drop off at your local DPD drop off point
- You have 14 days to send your return order back to us
- We recommend that you hang on to the receipt until your returned funds have cleared
- I love are not responsible for any returns parcels lost in transit
- All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

How long does it take to process my return?
- It can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
- On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).
- We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
- Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
- You have 30 days from your order placement to return your order back to us.
